Q. What happens at the end of my Subscription period?

You have three choices:

(1) Renew your subscription at the same price as the previous year.

(2) Let your subscription expire and stop using GoVenture. You can continue to use any resources we provide free to the general public, but licensed resources have to be uninstalled and no longer used.  You must submit a cancellation form.

(3) Purchase a different GoVenture license for one or more specific products that you may want to continue to use.

 

Q. Can I pay for multiple years up front?

Yes. If you are unsure about future budget availability it may be best to purchase several years in advance.

 

Q. If I already own a GoVenture license, can I switch to the SUITE subscription?

Yes! Keep your GoVenture license and add the SUITE Subscription at an additional discount. Discount is available to schools in the US and Canada only. We will apply the entire value of your GoVenture license (based on current GoVenture prices) as a discount. The discount will be applied to a maximum of 400 each year of the SUITE Subscription. For example, if the value of your current GoVenture license is 700, you will receive a discount of 400 in the first year and 300 in the second year of the SUITE Subscription. This will reduce the yearly fee for the SUITE Subscription to 595 in the first year, 695 in the second year, and 995 each year thereafter.

Keeping your existing GoVenture license is beneficial if you decide not to renew your SUITE Subscription in future years because you can simply revert back to using your existing license. It's like getting your existing license for free!

To qualify for the discount, you must have purchased GoVenture prior to April 1, 2010 and must be a school in the US or Canada purchasing a SUITE Subcription SITE (10-Seat licenses are not eligible).

If you would like to transfer your existing GoVenture license to another school and have your school use the SUITE Subscription, you may be able to do so, but this would disqualify you from the receiving the special discount noted above. Please contact us to discuss.

Q. Are free upgrades and new products included?

Free upgrades are included. Some future new products will be included in the Subscription for free as well, but new products will be decided upon on a case-by-case basis.

 

Q. For how long is the yearly price guaranteed?

As long as you continue to renew before your expiration date, you are guaranteed to pay no more than what you paid the previous year.

 

Q. Are ALL GoVenture products included?

All GoVenture CD-ROM/Network products are included, as well as all of our support resources. A few products that are only available as ONLINE subscriptions are not included (such as GoVenture Any Business, Big Business Marketing, and World).

 

Q. How does this compare to other GoVenture prices?

The SUITE Subscription provides significant value with access to over 18,000 worth of product (at the K-12 educational prices, which are already heavily discounted from regular retail prices).
