For USA customers that require a W9 form for MediaSpark--GoVenture, please note that we are considered a Foreign Corporation which means we must provide you with a W-8BEN-E form instead of a W9.  If you absolutely require a W9 and cannot accept a W8-BEN-E, please contact us.
